Municipal Court Update in Covid-19 Era

Per the Supreme Court Order dated April 24, 2020, Municipal Courts are to reopen.  Specifically, the Court’s Order indicated that as of Monday, April 27, 2020, with the consent of both parties, municipal Court appearances may be conducted with the consent of all parties.  These sessions are to be conducted only via telephone and/or video conferencing.  Effective May 11, 2020, with notice to the parties, sessions may begin again in individual courts.
