Mark S. Shane

Mark has practiced law in New Jersey for nearly 30 years. He received his undergraduate degree from Rider University and his Juris Doctor from The Delaware School of Law at Widener University.

Mark is recognized in courtrooms throughout the State and has earned a reputation as a trustworthy and hard-working attorney. Aside from being a diligent lawyer, he is also highly respected by his colleagues for his tremendous involvement in the local community. Mark has served on various board committees such as: the Hightstown-East Windsor Chamber of Commerce; the Jaycees; Pop Warner Football League; and the East Windsor Township Zoning Board of Adjustment. He is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar. Mark also participates in the American Trial Lawyers' Association and the Community Association's Institute involving Planned Unit Developments and Condominium Associations. He served in the New Jersey Army National Guard as well.

Mark is unique in his ability to provide clients with what they truly need most- a friend to trust who will always put their priorities before his own. Such an attribute cannot be measured, quantified, or described, however, it is what distinguishes Mark Shane among today's lawyers in New Jersey.

Kenneth A. White

Ken has been with Shane and White for over 10 years, and became a Partner in 2001. He attended Nova University School of Law (1993) and earned his undergraduate degree at Adelphi University. Ken belongs to both the New Jersey and the Florida State Bar Associations.

His practice embodies a variety of matters in general litigation, with an emphasis on areas of Family Law such as Divorce, Custody, and Support Modification, as well as related areas of Domestic Violence and Adoption. His practice is further devoted to Mediation, Arbitration and all areas of personal injury law. He has over forty (40) hours of trained Mediation. When necessary, Ken has the ability to rely on his extensive trial experience.

Ken is extremely active in the bar, serving as a member of the Assignment Judge's Family Lawyers Committee, the Early Settlement Panel, the Central New Jersey Family Law American Inn of Court, and the Legal Clinic of Women Helping Women and Women Aware. His devotion to Family Law not only makes him a great attorney, but also a caring and sympathetic counselor.

Ken possesses an exceptional understanding of the law and its practice.
